 At Gentle Touch Healing Center, we are recreating the healing work done by our native people ancestors using all natural treatments including Reiki Energy Work, Chakra Clearing Sound Baths, Palo Santo essential oil and incense combined with Healing Massage.  After experiencing our intensive 1 hour Healing you should experience a strong sense of relaxation, stress relief, and general feeling of well being emanating from a better energy balance, stress symptom reduction, and the unblocking of essential energy flows.

In the specific case of Ecuador, it is recorded that the Palo Santo tree has been used as a healing treatment since prehistoric times. Ancient cultures such as Machalilla and Valdivia were aware of its healing power and used it to heal both body and soul of their members through purification rituals led by healers or shamans.  At the time of burning, Palo Santo incense smoke produces a pleasant aroma which is said to aid in bone and joint pain relief, relieving stress headaches, and other stress symptoms. This is the reason why the Spanish Conquistadors, stunned by its healing properties, started calling it “Palo Santo”, which means “Holy Tree”. But the incense smoke is not the only way to draw on the benefits of the Palo Santo Tree.
